As a result of the tuning services or hardware you choose to install, any codes, faults, lights, or monitors that activate are not altered, modified, deleted, bypassed, or otherwise disabled by Wunder Tuning. It is the end user’s responsibility to ensure their vehicle and installed components comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Our tuning services, including ECU Tuning, TCU Tuning, AWD Controller Tuning and Standalone Systems, are intended for closed-course, off-road competitions and track use only. These services are not designed for use on public roads. Please ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding vehicle operation on public roads and in off-road environments.
Wunder Tuning shall not be responsible for the proper installation, use, or maintenance of any tuning services or related hardware. The buyer assumes all risk and responsibility for any damage, performance issues, or vehicle malfunctions that may result from the use or modification of these services. The buyer also assumes full responsibility for any property damage, personal injury, or death that may occur while using our tuning services, and waives all liability claims against Wunder Tuning to the fullest extent permitted by law. It is the buyer’s duty to understand and comply with all relevant laws, manufacturer specifications, and instructions when utilizing our services. Wunder Tuning makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, that the use of our tuning services will comply with local, state, or federal emission standards, noise regulations, or safety requirements. The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring their use of these services meets all legal standards.
